Eclipse-WebSphere Sr. Programmer/Architect Position
Genuitec is seeking a full-time senior Eclipse developer to work with
its expanding MyEclipse Blue team. This position requires strong
Eclipse plugin development skills, experience developing J2EE
applications for the WebSphere application server platform and a firm
understanding of the WebSphere architecture and administration tools
and best practices.
The MyEclipse development team is globally distributed. Therefore this
position does not require relocation.

Requirements:
Eclipse plugin architect
reference-able product delivered
knowledge of key frameworks, particularly UI, e.g., SWT, JFaces,
Editor
JEE experience with WebSphere deployment and admin experience
experience minimally with WebSphere 6 & 6.1
knowledge of WebSphere 7 is a plus
WSAD 5 experience preferred
ClearCase experience (the more the better)
Excellent working knowledge of Rational Application Developer tools
JEE experience with 1 or more non-WebSphere servers preferred
Good English verbal and writing skills
Must be highly collaborative, pragmatic and delivery focused
Responsibilities include:
Work with product management on feature definitions and scheduling
Lead development team in implementation of MyEclipse Blue edition
tools using Eclipse technologies and frameworks
Particpate in customer feedback meetings
Technology research
