Job Qualifications
· 5 - 7 years in designing and delivering commercial software product
· Minimum of 3 years in Java based UI design and implementation
· Hands on experience in developing Eclipse-based applications;
relevant Eclipse technologies include SWT/JFace, plug-in development,
RCP, GEF, EMF, BIRT
· Extensive experience in OO design methodology
· Well versed in various development tools such as Eclipse IDE, ANT,
JUNIT, CVS/Subversion, CruiseControl, Bugzilla, and others
· Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as well
as good interpersonal and organizational skills.
· Prior startup experience a plus
Job Responsibilities
· Lead the design of UI framework based on Eclipse Platform for the
company's flagship Studio product
· Implement enterprise class software for visualization, reporting,
query and analysis, and data integration
· Drive UI requirements with product marketing and business team
· Work with QA team to ensure quality and usability of the software
· Provide leadership and mentor junior developers on the team
