The MIT Media Lab Learning Initiative seeks a curious and motivated learning designer with strong visual design skills for a contract position to develop learning resources for our Public Library Innovation Exchange (PLIX) program.

The Learning Initiative is passionate about developing public education programs that open up Media Lab research to the world. We believe people learn best when they are working on projects that they are passionate about, in collaboration with peers, within a playful environment that encourages experimentation. With this pedagogy in mind, the Learning Designer will design and develop creative learning resources for our PLIX activities and kits.

Term: 20 hours per week, for 8 weeks (starting ASAP with potential for extension)
