Hello Everyone! For those who have already submitted payment, thank you! For others, this is a reminder that the Zoom classes will resume this coming Thursday. If you want to join us, please let me know . . .
I hope you’re all had a good holiday season and are enthusiastically moving into the new year.
Master Wang’s Zoom classes will resume on Thursday, January 15, 2026. Class begins at 9am ET (New York time in the US) and ends around 10:20am. The session is for five weeks (1/15, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, and 2/12). The five-week session costs $130. The method of payment is through Master Wang’s Wise Business account (see instructions below). PayPal is no longer an option for payment. Please notify both Master Wang and Leslie when making your Wise payment.
A recording of each class will be available on Zoom for seven days after the live class, so even if you can’t attend live, you can benefit from the class.
For those who might not have seen it, Master Wang sent the following description of what the class will include:
Hello All,
I am delighted to announce that our zoom sessions will recommence on Thursday, January 15 at 9am.
We will be focusing on the LaoJia ErLu/ Pao Chui curriculum. This online session presents a wonderful opportunity not only to learn the form, but also to thoroughly review and refine it.
- In-depth demonstration of each individual movement from various angles.
-Detailed explanations of all movements.
-Learning the names.
-Practise together.
-The movements are shown both slowly and explosively. Even a small room will be enough to take part.
-A video will be provided for 7 days after each session, enabling you to practise at your preferred time at home.

Payment Information:
Payments can be made via Wise through Master Wang’s Wise Business account. Please notify both Master Wang and Leslie when making your Wise payment. For those of you who already have a Wise account set up, please use the account/routing numbers you have used in the past.
Instructions for using Wise vary according to whether you’re using the phone app, or a PC or Apple computer. Broadly: We are sending US Dollars, and Master Wang is receiving US Dollars. Most problems arise because one of these is GB Pounds (which is the default, so you have to change it). Master Wang’s account is a business account. Other information you may need is:

Instructions for Wise (via a browser on a laptop)
This assumes you've already set up a wise account. I did not link my wise account to my bank account, I just use credit card. If you set up to a bank account you may have to give your social security number, a picture of your driver's license, and possibly a picture of yourself.
After you've set up the account, follow these steps:
1. Log in.
2. On the left hand side there is a green button with "Send Money".
3. You are able to enter the amount of money you desire to send. Enter that amount in US dollars. Make sure that both the "you send" currency and the "recipient gets" currency are both USD. I selected ACH, You have the ability to select payment type of ACH (bank account), wire, credit card, or debit card later on. Select continue.
4. This brings you to the email screen. Enter jia_...@hotmail.co.uk.
5. The next screen gives you the recipient choice. Choose Business or Charity.
6. Now we're at the details screen. For credit card I left it as ACH. If you're doing a wire transfer, I assume you can select wire

7. Select Confirm
8. The next screen is you payment choice. The choices are ACH, wire transfer, debit card, and credit card. I will leave it to you to fill out the correct information.
9. The Wise Confirmation appears after the payment information page has been completed.

After this session, we will take a little break before Master Wang comes for his in-person classes in November.
