to Boston Area Chantey and Maritime Sing (BACAMS)
The original chantey sing of the greater Boston area is BACK!
Sing sea chanteys and other maritime songs with like-minded folks!
Free – open to the public – sing, listen, or request a song

THIS UPCOMING SING IS SPECIAL: this month marks 20 years since the founding of the chantey sing! Come and celebrate the sing's birthday with us.

DATE AND TIME: Sunday, July 19, 2 pm to 5 pm

LOCATION:
This sing will be in the backyard of my home in Somerville. I'll supply the address privately/offline if you message me to ask.
On-street parking is free in my neighborhood because it's a Sunday, and no permits are needed.
We're about a 15-minute walk from Red Line and Green Line stops.
I'll provide drinking water and glasses and a selection of our finest folding chairs to sit on. You're welcome to bring your own seating if you find that more comfortable.
I'm also planning on putting up an EZ-Up canopy as a sunshade, and I'll have some songbooks focused on chanteys and sea music as inspiration. You're welcome to bring your own seating if you find that more comfortable.

Please contact April Grant (me!) directly for any other needed details, by emailing me at aprilcath...@gmail.com, texting me at 617-291-6827, or messaging me privately on Facebook. All queries will be answered.
