Hello, all kind friends and well-wishers! Another month has rolled up like a big friendly wave! Now I have "
Great big sea hove in Long Beach" stuck in my head! I will hope to see you Sunday June 21: details below.
Time to start thinking about what you'd most like to sing. I'm going to try to have something new learned from my list of "great song that is so great I've been holding off on learning it till I'm a better singer," which is an attitude I'm trying to outgrow. Looking forward to seeing you all!

The original chantey sing of the greater Boston area is BACK!
Sing sea chanteys and other maritime songs with like-minded folks!
Free – open to the public – sing, listen, or request a song

LOCATION:
This sing will be in the backyard of my home in Somerville. I'll supply the address privately/offline if you message me to ask.
On-street parking is free in my neighborhood because it's a Sunday, and no permits are needed.
We're about a 15-minute walk from Red Line and Green Line stops.
I'll provide drinking water and glasses and a selection of our finest folding chairs to sit on. You're welcome to bring your own seating if you find that more comfortable.
I'm also planning on putting up an EZ-Up canopy as a sunshade, and I'll have some songbooks focused on chanteys and sea music as inspiration. You're welcome to bring your own seating if you find that more comfortable.
