Highlights from today in the two hour window of dry sunshine before
rain came back. All the good birds, with the exception of one of the
redstarts and the Common Yellowthroat, were in the top, brambly level:
Red-tailed Hawk 1
Northern Flicker 4
Red-bellied Woodpecker 1
Red-eyed Vireo 1
Carolina Wren 8 incl. five on fence simultaneously; pished up
Gray Catbird 6
Cedar Waxwing 1
Blue-winged Warbler 1
Black and White Warbler 1
American Redstart 4 three pished in together top level
Common Yellowthroat 1
