Bald Eagle at Leverret Pond

At 5:00, as I was headed toward the Brookline Public Library, I espied a raptor with a huge wingspan land on the roof of the Brook House Condominiums on Pond Ave. at Washington St. It apparently had driven off an Osprey? (i was too far away at the time). An adult BALD EAGLE. This was around 5:00. As this was along the bicycle/jogging path, I turned many people's attention to the bird perched at a most prominent corner! People were thrilled to have seen it, which made me thrilled.
