This place is on Mission Hill (Parker Hill). One of the two Alder Flycatchers from yesterday continues. (or it's a new arrival overnight. Four flycatcher species here today (five yesterday)

P.S. It looks like the Baltimore Orioles have abandoned their nest (no surprise)
