What a dynamic place this is! And if that's not all, at the end, I had a face to face with a Short-tailed Weasel just as I got off the boardwalk Unfortunately, there is no parking here. The public entrance is between two houses, and is difficult to see.(at the sharp bend of Collier Rd.) There was an awesome feeding frenzy not too far out in the water, with many terns, gulls, and cormorants. Nice NNW breeze,I birded here from 3:00-5:45.
