4/2 Eared Grebe Continues at Cohasset, King Eider and Barrow's Goldeneye Too, Etc.

I birded from 10:00-5:50 in parts of Hingham, Cohasset , and Hull I started at Weir River Farm, and finished at Black Rock Beach in Hull. (or so I had thought)

Great Blue Heron 5                 seen while waiting for train; at 7:07; heading for roost?

KING EIDER 1                      usual; Black Rocks; my best looks ever with bins
BARROW'S GOLDENEYE 1   opposite 378-390 Jerusalem Rd.; same area I had it twice prior; other was Black Rocks
Harlequin Duck 2                   left side of back Black Rock; seen from Summit Ave. Hull Overlook
Long-tailed Duck 14               Black Rock and opposite 390 Jerusalem Rd.
BALD EAGLE 2                     seen over station parking lot just after a lunch break
Turkey Vulture 2                    seen over station parking lot just after lunch break
Red-shouldered Hawk 1          Turkey Hill

Pileated Woodpecker 1          seen fly to tree trunk on edge of station parking lot at 7:00 p.m. ! (next to cemetery) (train station was REALLY happening today)
