Howdy Balboa friends,

Our next Balboa on a Sunday Afternoon: Now Times Edition will be
happening on September 24th, once again at Salsa Y Control in Allston.

For the first hour, starting at 12:15pm, July and Stan will be teaching
a class on how to do more with your Out-and-Ins, the fundamental element
of Bal-Swing! As with our class on Pure Balboa basics, we'd describe
this as "beginner-plus" fundamentals content -- all students are
expected to be familiar with the out-and-in as we work on skills to
better connect with the music and to express ourselves.

After class, we'll once again be playing music for social dancing and
practice! (DJ TBA)

And weather permitting, we hope to once again head over to Lulu's back
patio after practice for drinks and snacks!

Sunday, August 20th, noon-4pm
12:00-12:15pm — doors open, check-in
12:15-1:15pm — Balboa with July and Stan
1:15-1:30pm — break / questions
1:30pm-3:45pm — open social dance
3:45pm-4:00pm — clean up, clear out

Cost: pay what you can (suggested: $10 for class, $5 for social dance)
