logan airport bicycle racks

Hi All - Does anyone know specifically where the bicycle racks currently are at Terminal A at Logan Airport?  (E.g., lower level?  Close to entrance or exit?)

Also, are there any racks currently at Terminal B that folks know about?  Would be great if they were covered, but uncovered would also work.

Thank you, Jessica!  Much appreciated!  I did see that, just was hoping to know more specifically where the Terminal A ones are so not to waste time hunting around for them. :)

I'm pretty sure that the racks at the Rental Car Center are inside.
I'm not sure about the exact locations of the others.
