Hello good people of Boston Tech Poetics!!
My name is Ida Chen, and I am reaching out on behalf of the Harvard Conflux Collective! Us and the RoboHub are planning to host a 24-hour Drawathon or “drawing marathon” with the goal of bringing interdisciplinary creators together to explore drawing across both traditional and unconventional mediums, and we would love for y’all to join us!!
The Drawathon will happen in the RoboHub from 10 AM on Saturday, December 7th to 10 AM Sunday, December 8th. Participants will receive several prompts and be provided with free materials (ranging from traditional mediums like graphite and paint to more unconventional ones like 3-D printers and laser cutters) as well as free food! Additionally, we are hoping to host several workshops and a guest speaker.
If you are interested at all in joining us, please fill out the Google Form linked below so that we have a head count! And, we are still looking for people to host workshops and give talks, so if you (or someone you know) are interested in any of the aforementioned items, please indicate it in your response. We’d love to hear from you!
