MIT Spatial Sound Lab is participating in some upcoming events, and . . .

Sonic robots with Moritz Simon Geist 10/7-9 (M, Tu, W) including talk, workshop and performance:

TALK:  Today 10/7 (Mon) 6pm (5:30pm doors) at the MIT Museum at 314 Main St., Cambridge, MA 02139.  ($5 MIT / $15 General public:

Moritz Simon Geist “Techno, Art and Music Robots” - A talk about his artistic and technical practice with music robots. 

WORKSHOP:  10/8 (Tue) 2:30pm - 4:30pm at the MIT Museum at 314 Main St., Cambridge, MA 02139.  ($10 MIT / $30 General public)

Moritz Simon Geist “Composition with Music Robots”  - A workshop to learn how to make sounds with robots and everyday objects

PERFORMANCE: 10/9 (Wed) 8:00pm (7:30pm doors)  at the Goethe-Instut Boston at 170 Beacon St., Boston, MA (FREE)

Moritz Simon Geist “Tripods One” performance with sonic robots (co-sponsored by Goethe-Institut, Non-Event and MIT Spatial Sound Lab)
