[Job] Looking for Junior Rails devs, willing to train

Hey everyone,

My company, Annkissam, has been looking to hire a couple smart people to train to be Rails developers.  We've been stable and profitable in all of our 5 years, we work with great clients who are mostly non-profits, and we are bootstrapped so we don't have any investors to answer to.  We also work out of the CIC in Cambridge and allow working from home several days out of the week.  Ruby knowledge isn't a requirement, so this is a great opportunity to get into web development.  Please pass this along to anyone you know who is interested in moving to Ruby from another field/framework as well.
