I'm looking to hire two Rails devs in mid-December for at least 3
months of work. It would be working on a Rails 3.1 project with a
mobile web component (PhoneGap, jQuery Mobile)

This application has some interesting things happening on the mobile
side, it would be a great opportunity to work with PhoneGap and
release iPhone applications to the AppStore using your existing skill
set of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Remote work is fine, sub-contract is fine. Compensation is based upon
experience.
