Major Upgrade to Tabulous

Hi Folks,

I just wanted to let you know that I completely rewrote the tabulous gem that I gave a presentation on back in March 2011, so it's now all shiny, new and improved.  If you don't know what tabulous is, it's a gem that makes it easy to add tabs to your Rails app.
