I don't know of any specifically made for iphone, but there's
http://rdoc.info, and it happens to be open source:

On that note, rdoc.info currently generates both GitHub-themed
(ya)rdocs for docs.github.com as well as the standard set available
for viewing at rdoc.info.
If someone wanted to design a nice iphone-friendly YARD template, it'd
be easy to add a third template type to the mix (and would give us an
excuse to refactor the ugly double-generation code too ;-).

I'd love to see an RDoc.info-powered iPhone app. Similar to iPedia,
which I think uses Rhodes.
