IE adding \r\n to post parameters

Has anyone ever ran into this? Over the past year I have a couple instances where IE will randomly add \r\n to post parameters. Super annoying. It's completely non-deterministic.

Is it a multi-part post?
I have seen problems with parsing multi-part with past versions of
rack. And it was only reproducible with a very specific POST. (change
the body or size of any of the parts it was magically fixed).
Upgrading to latest version of rack fixed it.

No it's not a multipart post. And it doesnt seem to be reproducible deterministically at all. Super annoying.

And exact same IE (same process on same machine) -- you're not observing this from multiple IE's on different computers?
