Emmanuel Elpenord is premiering "Jokes with Josue" (paired with his choose-your-own-adventure "Tales of Turtle Boy"), supported by the Jim Henson Foundation 🎉💜 Use the code NEWSHOW for half-off tickets this weekend!

Emmanuel shares about how he's from two places, New York, and Haiti, and receives a visit from his "Uncle Josue" (a beautiful carved marionnette), who tells Haitian riddles and a folk tale and then encourages Emmanuel to tell his own story. Then, the audience votes on the twists and turns of the action-hero adventures of "Turtle Boy," a little guy who needs a little help coming out of his shell but who's ready to do his own stunts and save the day.
