Hey Boston Blues people, here's what's going on this month in the Boston blues scene this month, plus cool places you can travel to, to dance the blues!
Summary:
Stuff around town

The first 2 weeks of November, Reeva Bradley from Oakland, CA, will be teaching and DJing at Bluesy Tuesy. Come check it out!
November at Bluesy Tuesy - Solo movement
with Reeva Bradley; other instructors
The theme of the month is solo movement! The first two weeks will be taught by guest instructor Reeva Bradley, and the 2nd two weeks will be taught by local instructors. Class topics may include solo moves, ways to incorporate solo into partner dancing, and more! Check the Tuesy Facebook group for weekly topics.
November at Blues Union - Partnership & Connection Sampler
with different teachers each week!
This month, our teachers will be offering different topics and perspectives on connection and partnership! Check out the Blues Union Facebook group for each week’s topic.
**If you’ve taken 6 months or more of blues classes at Blues Union or Bluesy Tuesy, you can take the intermediate classes at Blues Union. Alternately, you can do a blues interview with Jenn or Julie at the Blues Clinic.
Blues Union closed on Thanksgiving
Enjoy the time with your family and/or friend-family, and we’ll see you the rest of the month, and in December!
Blues Union Raffle!
At the "November" Blues Clinic(first week of December, due to Thanksgiving), we’ll be raffling off a CD of blues music selected by Julie & Jenn, great for dancing & practicing to. Each class or clinic you come to in November gets you one more ticket in the raffle (more classes=higher chances of winning!).
Earn free dances while spreading the love of blues!
When you dance at a blues bar, music event, or other blues bomb (or if you teach at a local college), bring some blues ambassador business cards to hand out! If people come to dances for their first time with your card, you get in that night for free! Talk to Andrew at Bluesy Tuesy or Julie Brown or Jenn Martinez at Blues Union to get yourself some cards.
