Hi Everyone,

I hope you have been having a good autumn! Looking ahead, we'd like to propose a winter Boston Biodiversity Consortium meeting for

Thursday, December 5th at 2pm

This meeting would be all virtual, so you can attend from anywhere. If you are interested in presenting at this meeting or would like to nominate someone to present please let me know! We’d love to have a varied slate of talks on the schedule.
Presentation topics can be on
  • Biodiversity/climate/environmental action happening in the Boston area
    OR
  • Biodiversity/climate/environmental action around the world if it's being done by Boston-based biologists/researchers

For those new to the group, a little more info on the BBC:

The Boston Biodiversity Consortium is an open and inclusive group for individuals and organizations working on biodiversity research and citizen science initiatives in and around Boston.  It is a forum for all interested parties to present what they are working on and see where we all may have opportunities to collaborate.  Many of us are doing similar work in this field, and there are no doubt many ways that each of us might add value to what the others are doing.  While some potential collaborators are obvious, many more opportunities are likely to emerge the more we learn about each other!

Please reach out to Emilie Wilder (ewi...@zoonewengland.org) or Claire O'Neill (claire...@earthwiseaware.org) if you are interested in presenting or want to learn more.

Best,

Emilie

So sorry to miss today’s meeting but I’m tied up with something else this afternoon. Wish I could be in two places at once!

Cheers,
Suzanne
