varroa info from Cornell

Hi Beeks,

In case helpful, wanted to pass along this info from an online Cornell class. They teach not to over-frequently use oxalic (recommend no more than 2x/year) and indeed I noticed a queen pause from laying for over a week after a dribble method treatment on Sept 29. 

There are differing views on this, but it's something to watch out for...
