Hello,

We hope this email finds you well and that you are enjoying the slower summer pace. We typically hold a longer meeting over the summer, but will be unable to this year. Instead, we have created a survey that will help us plan future meetings and make some small adjustments, based on your suggestions. Your input on this survey is valuable, so please take a few moments to share your thoughts with us. We’re collecting results until July 12; please respond before then.
