TB wiki page:

When:
Wednesday and Saturday
Starts at server time 0900 and goes until 2100.

How we run TB:

1. NO HAULING OR GUARDING IS ALLOWED BEFORE 2045
unless a guild leader specifically asks you to help.

If necessary, guild leaders will adjust our TB ranking during
the day. We try to position ourselves so we don't get attacked
too much at the end of TB.

2. Hauling:
At 2045, a leader will pick a target guild. There are 30 pages
of guilds. Use the search box in the bottom right of the
"Haul Torch" tab to jump to the correct page. You can use the
"page left" or "page right" buttons as well. Try to use all 10 of
your haul chances on the chosen target. If that guild runs out
of torches, pick any other guild on that page, or on pages
20-30, and finish sending all of your hauls. We attack lower-
ranked guilds since they are less likely to defend well. You
should haul right away, after the target guild is announced,
so that your hauls will have enough time to complete.

You should use your second-best set of 10 heroes to haul.
You should save your 10 strongest heroes to defend.
While your heroes are hauling, you cannot use them to defend.
The better heroes for hauling will have faster movement speed.
For example, Ninjas are better than Paladins.

3. Guarding:
After you've sent all 10 of your hauls (step 2 above), then
you can go to the "Guard Torch" tab and help defend our
torches. You will see a list of heroes and the remaining time
for each haul. If you click the "guard" button next to a hero,
you can see that hero's level. Then you can use one of your
10 guard attempts if you want to try to kill that hero, and help
us regain that torch.

Don't try to fight any heroes that are too strong for you to kill.
Since only one person can fight a hauler at a time, leave the
stronger ones for our stronger guild members to fight. Don't
waste valuable time by blocking our bigger members from
regaining those torches.

Don't defend any hauls that will end after 2100. Those torches
will be returned to us anyway. If ALL of the remaining hauls
against us will end after 2100, then you can defend just for
practice.

Knowing which heroes can kill other heroes more easily, is
good information to have beforehand. Here is a very old thread
with some hero vs. hero matchups:

In general, I fight high-DPS heroes with Atlanticore. You can
also try "brute force", by using a higher-level hero of that same
type (only works with certain heroes). For example, i will
fight a TG with my higher-level TG. Of course, hero talents,
inscriptions, crests, artifacts, evolution, and skill levels
also matter, so you may still lose with a higher-level hero.
Don't fight Ghoulem vs. Ghoulem or AC vs. AC. Those
fights can take forever and will waste a lot of your time.
