What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Double-clicking the installer.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That the BOSS installer will work. I get an option to abort, retry, or
ignore. Retry and ignore don't do anything.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 OS. I downloaded the 2.1.1 installer.
