Critical bugfix for BBQ-Android platform

To all who are interested, I've just release an updated version of the two branches "bosp-next" and "sthorm" which fix a serious bug on SyncLatency estimation when running on Android platform.

All guys working on SThorm/Android are encouraged to sync their repo.
