You are on North Carolina, are you not? It appears that Art. 1, Sec.
5 is some type of post-14th Amendment modification to the original NC
constitution. How do you explain to the armed agents that you do not
owe paramount allegiance to the United States because you have not
consented to become a "citizen of this State?"

The point of posting was not as it applies to a common man, but as it
applies the to the corporate person, who tries to solicit you on the
side of the road.

What proof do they have that I am a citizen or any characterization of
person acting in commerce?
In the army field manuals it says quite clearly that it is the duty of
an inhabitant to seek peaceful pursuits. Who am i to stand in the
way of them charging themselves?

Look at it this way, if the BC was not to be used for identification
purposes and the SSN was not meant to be used for identification
purposes how is it the 2 of them put together amount to a proof
of identification?
