When my brother-inlaw was in town on January this year for the funeral he asked to read a couple of my books to which he is very avid reader so I had selected a couple, he read 1 of them in one day and the other the next day, I hinted on a couple things we had been studying without giving him the full monte which he had showed interest, since his family are missionairies in Brazil he recently put out the usual news letter to update everyone on what has been happening, he put the following words which he has never done and also specifically put them in parenthisis which I am doing now:   “His grace that is sufficient for us”  ,  I knew right then that our discussions had an impact on his life, quite different from the casual worded newsletter. Part of that conversation was about what a couple people in our local group here said about my son when B-I-L was here, that in our local study group he probably knew stuff better then i did because he did a better job at explaining it, him living so far away they did not see eachother much but my son really respected him too being a missionary in a foreign country.  Just sharing that with you all, to let you know when you share what we know, you never know how it is going to impact someone elses life and reveal itself.

I later heard from my mother-inlaw that my brother-inlaw had a rough time speaking at the funeral, it took all that he had to contain himself enough to get through his speaking part at the funeral.

At some point i plan on taking my new found permaculture farming skills down to Brazil where they are at to share with some of the smaller villages far away from the cities where new churches were put up out of nothing, there was no structure, no electricity, no running water. Also perhaps see how usufructuary could be implemented down there as well, that first structure would be a good place to start. Perhaps have unskilled laborers learn farming to also help the skilled labors who are buidling the structures, grow food for the ones in return for building them a hut or house.
