Accessing XML data in borland using XIndice Database

Suggestion on the following problem are grettly appriciated
I want to use XIndice as Database which stores data as XML document so
I want to make a application in which Servser will be on linux and
will have XIndice as database and Client will be browser page
so on browser page user will fill some form and do I/P from server.
So for this I/O can I use borland C++ builder or VC++ or any other
lang other than Java,PHP,pearl as this XIndice is tested on these
lang.
My requirement is the used input after processing should be converted
in XML and stored in database(XIndice) tnen again fetched and shown to
use user in browser on client machine
