I Need a Plug-in programmer - quickly

1. I need a Adobe Premier plug-in programmer (or who understands
the procedure) to help with implementing our own CODEC and file format
into their
product. we need to redirect our output into an AVI format.
2. We are also looking for a total of 15 Windows and 1 Macintosh
C/C++ (we have plently of unix) programmers in a mix of junior and high
level skill
