Deployed App and Crystal

I have a VdB 5.6 app that calls Crystal Reports forms using "report
form [name] to print". When I create an .EXE via the compiler and run
the app on my computer that has Windows 95, just by clicking the .EXE
in the Windows Explorer, the reports run fine. I do not deploy the
app on my PC. My user has Windows 3.1 and the runtime version of VdB
installed via the deployer. When they run the .EXE they get an error
"table already open" when the "report form [name] to print" stmt
executes. They may also have dBASE 5 installed, I will check on that
tomorrow. Can anyone tell me why they get this error with the
deployed app?
