Move diagram and contents from one UML project to another

"Move" command does not move contents. "Copy" command does not work across
projects...

you can't move elements between projects - but you can copy. There are 2
possible ways to do this:

1. using cross-projects references:
let you like to copy elements from project A to project B. Then you need to
add A to the Model Path of B (Project/Properties/Model Path, Imported
Projects) -> in Model Navigator, A will appear as an additional node in B.
Expand this node to browse to the element you'd like to copy, choose Copy
from its right-click menu. Then paste the element to the desired package of
B using Paste command


2. Using Model Merge
select both projects in Model Navigator, then choose Model/Compare With/Each
Other (As Model Elements) from the main menu. Use Copy to the right/Copy to
the left menu items to copy elements between projects
