I have downloaded the together 2007 trial and when I done, I got this
exception, and I can't even try this product, can you guys tell me why?

well, seems that the installation is not complete... Can you check if you
have %TGH%/eclipse/license folder? If yes, does it contain tec.slip file?
Also, can you provide your %TGH%/eclipse/workspace/.metadata/.log file?
