Comparing columns in database tables should ignore physical size and scale
when the column type is a UDT.

sorry, but Model Compare knows nothing about UDT and db modeling - it works
on more generic level: just takes 2 EMF models and traverses it, matching
objects using specified ID features. For any metaclass of any existing
metamodel, you can configure the ID features as well as ignored features
