Eclipse Integration (renaming element)

Hi,

I have some diagrammes where a package is used to add details on an use
case. The use case and the package share the same name and a dependancy link
exist between both. I want to add an extension point in Eclipse that will
catch the renaming of an element so I will be able to synchronize the use
case and the package using the dependancy link. Could someone help?
