Problem with Together Designer

I have a trial version of JBuilder with Together developer and designer.
I check Together Designer checkbox in the personality page but when I reopen
it the checkbox is always unchecked. I can't get the Designer activated.
What could be the problem?

can you create a new UML 2.0 project? If so, Designer is properly activated.
Note that Designer features are not available for .jpx projects - only for
.tpx ones
