Cannot generate implementation from sequence diagram

I have a rather simple sequence diagram with all class types assigned.
However, when I click the method activation for a class, I get the
error

Cannot generate implementation for the selected element.
Nothing to do.
What's going on with this? I was able to perform such in Linux. This
is Windows XP having the problem.
