I download Together for JBuilderX Developer but I don't have the activation
file, in the download section there is this message: "Your activation file
for this Borland product will be sent to you via email.", but Borland never
send the activation file.
Somebody know how I can obtain an activation file?
JaimeS
Make sure that you have registered your download with a REAL email address.
Make sure that email isn't being spam filtered.
I've never had a problem about not receiving an activation file when
I've downloaded. It even re-sends if you go back to the download again.

Tx for the answer
I think that there is a problem because I download Together Community
Edition and I receibe the license file in my mail, but when I download
Together for JBuilderX I never receibe the licence file. Because I can
receibe the licence file for community edition I think that my e-mail addres
is not in spam list.

As I pointed out before, if you go back to the download page, and
attempt to download again, it should trigger the "send license via
email" again. You don't have to complete the download to hit this
trigger. (It will always send you the same file, no matter how many
times you hit that link)
Please remember that email, while reasonably reliable, has no 100%
delivery guarantee. If at first you don't succeed, try again. And again.
Now, I download n-times the software but never, never Borland send me the
activation file.
This is the steps that I follow to download:
1. Go to http://www.borland.com/products/downloads/download_together.html,
this is te download page of Together.
2. Click in the link "Together Edition for JBuilder X Developer"
3. A new window is opened and I'm ready to download from http or ftp
servers.
But when I download the comunity edition, these are the steps:
1. Go to http://www.borland.com/products/downloads/download_together.html,
this is te download page of Together.
2. Click in the link "Together Edition for JBuilder X Developer"
3. A new window is opened, this windows contains the e-mail verification
4. Clicking the submit button a new windows appears and this window contain
the downloads links as http or ftp links from Borland's servers.
Now, you can see that when I try to download the jbuilderx edition I never
see the "Email verfification" windows.
I try to download using two differents accounts of BDN, trying changing the
e-mail (from hotmail to my office mail account) and don't work. I try to
download with a licenced user for JBuilderX Developer (in my office have the
license) and don't work.
Conclusion: There is something like a "black list" of users and I belong to
this list??

Well, if you are having such problems with email, there is an alternate
way of registering, by calling Borland. I suggest you use that form of
registration..
