Together 2006 R2 installer thinks Vista is Linux!

I just ran the Together 2006 R2 installer on Vista... it seems to be
under the impression that it's installing in a Linux environment.

The first indication of this was when it proposed an install path of
%HOME%. I thought "ok, well Vista might do things a bit differently."
and ran with it.

Then it installed with a bash shell script as a startup. No
Together.exe file. Oops.

I almost tried running it in one of the Vista compatibility modes,
then I just fell back on copying the install folder from a machine
running XP.
