1. Create a new class diagram
2. Right click on a class in explorer and select "Add as shortcut"
3. Right click on the same class in explorer and select "Add linked..."
(Note that in step 2&3, I had to right click *twice* to get the context
menu to appear using Mac OSX Tiger)

Not so far. I think I might know where my project is different, but I
haven't had a chance to get back into it to try out my idea yet.
