Which tools let you move up from tg_designer_ce ?

While I've seen elsewhere (might be in the msvisualstudio group) that
certain flavors of together do not support importation of data from
tg_designer_ce, I haven't seen a clear statement of which ones do (or
might be able to under constraints).

I'm fine with using only the UML 1.4 projects in Designer CE (by the
way, wouldn't it make sense to have a
borland.public.together.edition.designer_ce group ?), or having another
person constrained to that.

I'm also OK with having TCC set up to use the txv format.
I'm almost OK with using TVS 3 (other than having it blow out *all* of
my license keys in the registry on a failed install).

Does anyone know what does work (or can work) ?
