Together Arch on Mac - context menus in Messages Pane

I just got a new Powerbook with Mac OSX Tiger, and I'm transferring
everything over to it.

I installed Together according to the install instructions, and I have
it working fine, but...

When I run "Add Linked" from a selected class in my class diagram, I get
a new pane down in the Messages area. On Windows, I then go and
right-click on one of the entries and select "Add Shortcut" or "Add All
Shortcuts" from the context menu.

On the Mac, I can't seem to get the context menu to invoke down in that
pane. I can in the Diagram pane, but not in the Messages pane. And I
can't figure out how to access those functions any other way...

Help?
