Does anyone know of a way to iterate though the elements on an activity
diagram in a specified order, other than the defualt alahpabetical sequence
used in the project?

I know there is an order (sort) tab on the iterator properties, but what I
am looking for is stepping through the elements in the flow sequence for
each partition in an acticity diagram

Thanks

you can develop your own extension to GenDoc that would return a set of
activity nodes in your preferred order, and use this extension as programmed
iteration scope

If it concerns Together Architect (or earlier versions),
that feature has been already supported directly in templates
(without programming any external Java classes) yet as early as
two years ago in an independent product called DocFlex/Together:
(see http://www.filigris.com/products/docflex_together/),
which effectively is the next generation of that very "GenDoc".
This may probably work now even in the freeware edition
of that product.

Best regards,
Leonid Rudy

P.S. That would have been supported long ago in all recent
versions of Together, if only Borland was willing to move
a finger to improve life of their own customers.
Unfortunately, it seems, Borland isn't selling a technology
in the first place, rather they are selling themselves!
(And not so much effective, by the way,
just look for instance at their earning reports at:
