Web edition of starteam?

I use StarTeam 2005 R2 on my company.
Can I set up a webinterface with this version?

If not possible what version supports it and what is the cost ?

I have looked at Borlands webpages about starteam and I think it is an excellent example of how NOT present information.
Often customers have question like difference between version X and Y.
If I upgrade, what is the cost?

But it seems that Borland failed to have that information...

StarTeam 2005R2 Web edition was not disclosed on Borland web page and
StarTeam 2005R2 has been become de-support product so you can not give any
technical support from Borland. Latest version is StarTeam 2008 and StarTeam
2008 web edition also is disclosed on web site.
There are some change points among StarTeam 2005R2, StarTeam2006 and
StarTeam 2008.
