Missing Project - ST 2005 R2

Hello All,
A problem reported recently is that a project has gone missing from
the "Open Project" view in the starteam client. We're quite certain
no deletion has taken place, and permissions appear to be in place.
Is there anything other than permissions that would cause a project
not to display in the project listing?
