Kylix 3 applications on new distros

Hi,
I know the issues regarding developing Kylix 3 applications on the
latest distros. IDE, Debugger, etc.. Would there be any issues
releasing applications written in Kylix 3 on the latest distros?
We develop using the Object Pascal language and mainly write GUI
database applications.

If you are happy to use ShowMessage as your debugging tool for the time
being, then the Linux executables Kylix produces should work on any
distro, assuming you ship with the necessary runtime Shared Objects.
