where I can find free xml package similar as JB XML?

Hello all:
I only have JB foundation, so I cannot use JB XML package. But it is really
very easy to use. Can anyone tell me where I can find similar open source
XML package for processing XML with Java?
I need to use the package to manipulate XML files, such as change attribute
values etc.

I always use Apache Xerces. Full DOM and SAX implementations, and stable (a
big thing with OS, where the APIs often change radically with every
release).
