Location : Mountain View, CA

Highly technical, quick learner, strong ability to adapt to change
Java (JVM management & tuning), HTTP, FTP, Solaris, Linux, shell &
perl scripting
Good communication skills over phone & email.
6-8 years in IT application support positions with high-level problem
solving and technical project management experience.
Ability to solve problems quickly, automate processes, prior
experience in leading technical peers, and contributing to planning
and technical design.
Demonstrates in depth and broad range knowledge of multiple
application toolsets.
Requires certification in current industry development tools and
Administration, configuration, design of the Globalization management
system (GMS), SupportSoft content management and Chat Systems
Requires knowledge of Idiom world server 8.x, Weblogic 8.x, JBOSS,
Systran, MS SQL 2005 and higher.


Supports design, programming or testing of one or more applications.
Responsible for maintaining multiple applications or several areas
within a single application.
References and understands application and system documentation to
support design, testing or programming efforts without assistance from
more experienced IT specialists.
Develops new documentation as necessary.
Develops multiple areas of expertise in installation, design,
configuration or specialized testing.
Applies knowledge of the users’ operations, integration into IT
standards and processes, and specialized training in the applications’
Provides and acts on feedback for possible improvements.
Assists with the support of less experienced team members.
May lead a team of individuals.
Maintains certification in industry standard toolsets.
Represents the organization as the principal customer contact and
often performs project leadership role. Interacts with management and
senior customer personnel on matters requiring coordination across
organizational lines.
